Education
The Education Program provides individualized educational advocacy and learning leading to diplomas or completion of GEDs, college exploration, and a lifelong love of learning. The Education Program serves school-age youth in foster care and young adults (18 – 21 years of age).

Educational advocacy
Multi-factor Evaluation (MFE) and Individual Education Plan (IEP) monitoring
Connection with support resources (tutoring, remedial services, etc.)
College exploration (school visits, financial aid and college application assistance, academic and career exploration, development of ongoing support systems)
For foster care youth (16-18 years of age) and young adults (16-21 years of age) who flourish best in a non-traditional school setting Age Up offers:
The Youthbuild education program, including basic skill development in reading, mathematics literacy, and GED preparation. This program is provided on-site at Sojourners in McArthur, Ohio.
