Diversion and Intake Coordinator

The Diversion and Intake Coordinator plays an important role in helping young people and families experiencing homelessness or housing instability connect with safe housing options and supportive services. This position serves as a key point of contact for referrals, conducts intakes, and works with individuals and families to identify practical solutions that may prevent homelessness. The Coordinator also collaborates with community partners and Sojourners staff to connect people with resources, coordinate services, and ensure timely follow-up. We’re looking for a compassionate, organized individual with strong communication and problem-solving skills who wants to make a meaningful difference in the lives of young people and families across southeastern Ohio.
